Texas Vietnam veterans Representative Wayne Smith and Robert Floyd reflect on the importance of the Texas Capitol Vietnam Veterans Monument at the Deep in the Heart Art Foundry. Rep. Smith co-sponsored, with Senator Juan Hinojosa, the legislation authorizing the monument. Robert Floyd chairs the committee that is building the monument.
